My microwave needs repair! Can you help?

We sure can. There are a variety of reasons that your microwave might not work. We're here to cover some of your FAQ

My microwave is rusting. What should I do? 

To prevent this from happening, please wipe your microwave with a clean cloth after use. This is importnat when moisture forms inside the microwave. Do not let the water residue sit in your microwave for a long time. We have helped with rusting before but this is a case by case basis (also, we have to determine whether it's economical).

My microwave sheet has food on it and it got burnt. Can you assist? 

Yes, if it cannot be cleaned then we can check if there is a replacement mica sheet.  

Is it worth getting my microwave a look at? Or should I buy a new one?

A rule of thumb for us is that if we can get the parts, we can repair for you. This also depends on the retail price of the unit. Anything above $200 is worth getting a look at. (We also care for the enviroment so the less things that end up in the landfill, the better!)
