My microwave needs repair! Can you help?

We sure can. There are a variety of reasons that your microwave might not work. We're here to cover some of your FAQ

My microwave is rusting. What should I do? 

To prevent this from happening, please wipe your microwave with a clean cloth after use. This is importnat when moisture forms inside the microwave. Do not let the water residue sit in your microwave for a long time. We have helped with rusting before but this is a case by case basis (also, we have to determine whether it's economical).

My microwave sheet has food on it and it got burnt. Can you assist? 

Yes, if it cannot be cleaned then we can check if there is a replacement mica sheet.  

Is it worth getting my microwave a look at? Or should I buy a new one?

A rule of thumb for us is that if we can get the parts, we can repair for you. This also depends on the retail price of the unit. Anything above $200 is worth getting a look at. (We also care for the enviroment so the less things that end up in the landfill, the better!)

Did you know that we cover TV repairs for Auckland? 

We can diagnose your TV at your home or we can also diagnose it in the workshop. We have technicians that cover North Shore, West Auckland, Central (CBD and beyond), East Auckland and South Auckland. 

As long as the parts are avaiable for TV repairs, we can do it as quickly as the parts come in (and no further faults apparent).

Need a report for a TV insurance claim?

We do reports for all insurance companies. We do our best to have 24 - 48 hour turnaround time for reports, as long as the TV manufacturer gives us the price for the parts.  We will then wait for their approval so we can proceed accordingly.

You do not need to bring in your power chord or remote (unless you want us to check them). You only need to bring the TV (and the adapter if it is a special power source). Please take care when loading your TV in the car!

Yes we sure do! We repair most breville coffee machine models. 

Not sure if your coffee machine needs repair? We can check it out for you. We can also conduct a general service for coffee machines.

Do you charge for coffee machine repair? 

There is a charge for out of warranty repairs but warranty repairs are covered by Breville (no charge to you!). Please note that if the repair is caused by the user then it will not be covered under warranty. (Check your manual first or give Breville a ring, they are very helpful). 

How can I bring my unit to you? 

You can drop it off at one of our branches and our friendly team will be able to help you out.

You may also drop it off at the retailer (the place where you bought it from). We do collections from them Auckland wide. 

I need to have my coffee machine but I'm out of Auckland. How can I get it to you?

We receive items from all over New Zealand via Courier. Just make sure that your coffee machine is packaged correctly and that the courier know that the package is fragile. Please keep all accessories with you - we just need the drip tray and the main unit!

I have a TV a broken screen. What do I do? 

We usually do not recommend having these repaired. The price of the panel itself is quite expensive and we recommend getting a new TV. 

Is it repairable? 

Yes IF the parts are available. We have repaired a few screens before because of sentimental value. We are more than happy to help but please know that this is not the most economical option. 

What do I do? 

We have recommended customers to approach their insurance companies for the best solution. Depending on the coverage, they can take care of you quickly.
