Do you charge for coffee machine repair? 

There is a charge for out of warranty repairs but warranty repairs are covered by Breville (no charge to you!). Please note that if the repair is caused by the user then it will not be covered under warranty. (Check your manual first or give Breville a ring, they are very helpful). 

How can I bring my unit to you? 

You can drop it off at one of our branches and our friendly team will be able to help you out.

You may also drop it off at the retailer (the place where you bought it from). We do collections from them Auckland wide. 

I need to have my coffee machine but I'm out of Auckland. How can I get it to you?

We receive items from all over New Zealand via Courier. Just make sure that your coffee machine is packaged correctly and that the courier know that the package is fragile. Please keep all accessories with you - we just need the drip tray and the main unit!
